Registration open for Reno-Tahoe Senior Games Aug. 15-30

Registration is open for the Reno-Tahoe Senior Games, sporting events open to anyone 50 and older that take place Aug. 15-30.

Participants compete within age groups to win gold, silver, and bronze medals. Croquet, archery, badminton, miniature golf, billiards, beanbag toss, basketball, pickleball, swimming, horseshoes and other events are open.

Registration packets can be picked up at any City of Reno recreation center or they can be downloaded at www.reno.gov/seniorgames. For more information or to request a mailed packet, call 775-657-4602.
