Carson City’s Carol and Paul Farmer celebrate 60th anniversary

Carol A. and Paul L. Farmer of Carson City celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Wednesday.

The Farmers, who met in high school, were married July 1, 1955, in Covina, Calif. The couple has two children — Paula and Jeffrey, and seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A dinner with family was held to celebrate the pair’s diamond anniversary.
