Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of unlawful taking of vehicle

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 8:45 p.m., Jacob Houser, 21, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony sexual assault/statutory sexual seduction. Bail was set at $100,000.

At 5:28 p.m., Ryan Redwine, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of stolen property and two counts of felony probation violation after deputies responded to reports a probation violator was at a residence near the 3700 block of Northgate Lane. No bail was set.

At 8:06 p.m., a 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of lighted lamps required and license suspended after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Park and Roop streets. Bail was set at $525.

At 8:07 p.m., Sandi Aldrich, 46, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony parole/probation hold and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle after deputies responded to a warrant search near the 800 block of William Street. No bail was set.

At 10:20 p.m., a 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of basic speed 21-plus, reckless driving, driving on suspended driver’s license and failure to traffic warrant after deputies attempted to initiate a traffic stop near the 4100 block of E. Fifth Street. Bail was set at $1,990.

At 11:45 p.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct-citizen’s arrest after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted subject at the Caroline Street Silver Queen Motel. Bail was set at $250.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
