Greenhouse Garden Center, 2450 S. Curry St., is hosting a series of events this month, starting with a paver installation seminar and demonstration at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Amanda Long, owner of Chive Cooking and food columnist for the Nevada Appeal, will demonstrate how to make Asian and Italian lettuce wraps at 11 a.m. Sunday. The class costs $5, a fee that includes samples.
David Ruf, owner of Greenhouse Garden Center, will talk about common summer problems in all plants at 9 a.m. June 20. Admission costs $2.
Robert Reynolds, yard manager for Greenhouse Garden Center, will talk about how to add a water feature to a landscape at 9 a.m. June 27. Admission costs $2.
