Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of six counts of possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 12:16 a.m., Demitria Locke-Hawkins, 22, of Reno, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. At the same incident, Devin Roux, 27, of Reno was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of failure to appear-traffic after deputies questioned Roux during a business check at the Carson Nugget. Bail for Locke-Hawkins was set at $6,000. Bail for Roux was set at $6,220.

At 11:44 a.m., Michael Musgrave, 21, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, burglary warrant, possession of a stolen firearm warrant and a Lyon County warrant after deputies found methamphetamine in Musgrave’s jumpsuit when they transported him to the Carson City jail. Bail was set at $57,500.

At 1:54 p.m., a 52-year-old Gardnerville woman was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement after deputies responded to reports of an employee at the Highway 50 AM-PM station stealing money from the cash register. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 2:19 p.m., Lacey Hehl, 30, of Lexington, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony common burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of drugs with the intent to sell, six counts of possession of dangerous drugs without a prescription, felony trafficking controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after deputies responded to reports of a woman shoplifting from the Market Street Walmart. At the same incident, Calum Richey, 18, of Fortuna, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI-drugs, and three counts of failure to appear-traffic. Bail for Hehl was set at $76,000. Bail for Roux was set at $6,276.

At 6:25 p.m., Cynthia Kizer, 52, of Gardnerville, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies inventoried her purse at the Carson City jail. Bail was set at $3,500.

At 7:45 p.m., Crustal Rubke, 25, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony false ID to avoid prosecution, warrant violation bail conditions, possession drug paraphernalia after deputies were dispatched to check an apartment for wanted subjects. Bail was set at $11,000.

At 9:21 p.m., a 29-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic device after deputies initiated a traffic stop for a stolen vehicle near the 3700 block of Meadow Wood Lane. Bail was set at $2,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
