The remaining members of a Carson City drug ring pleaded guilty in Justice Court Tuesday morning.

Elvin Fred, Tawnee Johnson, Christopher Landry, Michelle Rendleman, James Tito and Aaron Jalbert all waived their right to a preliminary hearing and entered guility pleas on various charges relating to a methamphetamine bust.

All six were arrested after Tri-Net Narcotics Task Force raided a house on the 3500 block of Desatoya Drive in early March. Authorities seized nearly 11 ounces of methamphetamine with a street value of more than $30,000.

Rendleman, Jalbert, Landry and Johnson all entered guilty pleas to charges of violating the uniform controlled substance act in exchange for their other charges being dropped. Landry is being charged as a first time offender, and his conviction could carry a sentence of one to five years. Jalbert, Johnson and Rendleman have a possible sentence of 24-60 months.

Tito and Fred both pleaded guilty to level three trafficking in exchange for all other charges getting dropped. A level three trafficking conviction holds a sentence of either 10-25 years or 10 to life.

All six defendants will be arraigned on June 29 in District Court.

Another woman involved in the ring, Patricia Bigpond, entered a guilty plea Friday in Justice Court to one count of level two trafficking. She will be arraigned on June 22.
