Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Oakland man arrested on fugitive from justice warrant

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 6:59 a.m., Isreal Gill, 24, of Oakland, Calif., was arrested on suspicion of felony fugitive from justice. No bail was set.

At 7:17 p.m., a 30-year-old Reno woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana- one ounce or less, basic speed-21-plus, child restraints, driving without a valid driver’s license, and failure to appear warrant. Bail was set at $2,423.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
