Steve Nunn, who was re-elected in 2012 to his second term as a Churchill County School District trustee, has resigned his seat.
The school board accepted his resignation at their Thursday meeting. The school board would not reveal Nunn’s reason for his resignation.
The LVN tried to contact Nunn regarding the letter of resignation, but he did not return calls.
Nunn, who retired from his insurance business shortly after he was re-elected, is a retired Navy veteran.
