David Banuelos and Bailey G., fifth graders at Napa Valley Language Academy in Napa, Calif., are looking for help from residents of Carson City and surrounding areas to complete their class reports about Nevada.

The students are asking Nevadans to send pamphlets, postcards, souvenirs, pictures of parks and wildlife or other items, such as a feather from the state bird or a leaf from the state tree or flower, so they can complete their reports, which are focusing on Nevada’s agriculture, history, economy, famous people, events, historical figures and national parks.

Items can be sent to David Banuelos, c/o Mr. Moreno, Napa Valley Language Academy, 2700 Kilburn Ave., Napa, California 94558; or Bailey G., c/o Mr. Allred, Napa Valley Language Academy, 2700 Kilburn Ave., Napa, California 94558.
