Runners are invited to test their mettle on a challenging trail that offers sweeping views of the Sierra, surrounding valleys and the Nevada State Prison at this year’s Escape from Prison Hill half-marathon and 10K races on Saturday, April 18.

Male and female overall winners of both races will receive an award, and all participants will receive a race shirt with an event logo. Random prize drawing are also given during the race, whose participants are asked to check a board organizers are going to have on hand to see if they have won a prize. Post-race food will be provided by El Charro Avitia.
Registration for the half-marathon is $45 per person in advance and $50 per person at packet pickup or at the event. The cost to participate in the 10K is $35 per person in advance and $40 per person at packet pickup or at the event.
