Input about Nevada’s air pollution regulations sought

Nevada Division of Environmental Protection is hosting a workshop from 9:30 a.m. to noon June 10 in the Great Basin Conference Room at 901 S. Stewart St. to hear comments about proposed amendments to Nevada’s air pollution regulations.

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection is proposing regulations that will update the state’s adoption of federal regulations by reference, and amend the state ambient air quality standards and related definitions.

A copy of materials relating to the proposed regulations may also be obtained at the workshop or from Adele Malone at NDEP, 901 S.
