Carson City Natives & Newcomers’ monthly luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 12 at Grandma Hattie’s Restaurant will include a presentation about Tasmania.
There also will be a business meeting to address the group’s annual craft and bake sale planned on the second weekend of December. The group is asking anyone who would like to contribute ideas about how to earn money for local charities to attend a craft workshop at 1 p.m. Nov. 18 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Family, 1201 N.
