Interfaith community members will come together to give thanks for Earth and the natural world at an interfaith Thanksgiving gathering from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at First United Methodist Church in Carson City.
Representatives from various faith traditions, including Temple Bat Yam, St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Community, Dharma Zephyr Insight Meditation Community, and First United Methodist Church, will lead the celebration.
Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the celebration. All are welcome to attend. For more information, contact Reverend Dixie Jennings-Teats at 775-882-1436.
