Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of DUI with injuries, battery on an officer

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

Carson City

FRIDAY

At 3:17 p.m., Debra Fishbein, 37, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a stolen vehicle and failure to appear after deputies responded to reports that Fishbein had taken a rental car and not returned it to Enterprise Rental Car company. Deputies responded to the 1000 block of 5th Street. Bail was set at $25,175.

At 5:38 p.m., a 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 500 block of Jeanell Drive. Bail was set at $3,000.

SATURDAY

At 12:41 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense alcohol and reckless driving after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Macy and Northfield streets. Bail was set at $1,200.

At 5:12 p.m., a transient man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted subject at the Carson Street 7-11. Bail was set at $150.

At 7:33 p.m., an 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of battery after deputies responded to reports of a man hitting another near Wilson Street. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 8:14 p.m., a 57-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 5200 block of Gentry Lane. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 2:24 a.m., Alisha Fanyo, 35, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI accident with injuries, following too closely, three counts of obstruction and delaying a peace officer and battery on a peace officer after deputies responded to reports of a vehicle running into a motorcycle near College Parkway and Highway 50. Bail was set at $40,000.

At 4:38 a.m., Shauntell Stromberg, 34, of Mound House, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, domestic battery and possession of marijuana after deputies responded to reports of a domestic incident at the Carson Street Max Casino. Bail was set at $6,100.

SUNDAY

At 12:39 p.m., Tyler Fowlkes, 24, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a man taking items from the William Street Tractor Supply. Bail was set at $2,500.

At 4:56 p.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of bail conditions and a Lyon County warrant and a 28-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of a warrant suspect at the Carson City Inn. Bail for the man was set at $3,320 and bail for the woman was set at $1,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
