School District

A regular meeting of the Churchill County Board of School Trustees will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the CCSD Administration Building, 690 S. Maine St.

For Discussion and Possible Action: Approval of the Audited Financial Statements for year end June 30, 2015.

For Discussion and Possible Action: Call for additional bids through oral bidding and opening of bid proposals and possible action to accept bid for the sale of the Plummer Building located at 50 E. Virginia St.

For Discussion and Possible Action: If a bid is not received prior to or at the board meeting, approval of Resolution 15-05 for the sale of the Plummer building, 50 E. Virginia St. to include the minimum sale price, commission, and when bids will be due.

For Discussion and Possible Action: Approval of Resolution 15-04 — Grazing lease on the school district’s property located at Rio Vista Road.


COUNTY COMMISSION

The Churchill County Commissioners meet Wednesday at 1:15 p.m. at the County Administration Office, 155 N. Taylor St. Suite 145.

Consideration and possible action: Update of current activities, plans or actions related to the Carson City District of the Bureau Of Land Management.

Consideration and possible action: Presentation of annual report of activities, plans or actions of Banner Churchill Community Hospital.

Consideration and possible action: Approval of memorandum of understanding with Churchill County Sheriff’s Association.

Consideration and possible action: Renew agreement with L/P Insurance for insurance consulting services.

Consideration and possible action: Approval of an agreement with IQ Technology Solutions LLC to provide IT managed services to the county

Consideration and possible action: Letter of support for reappointment of Churchill County representatives to serve on State Land Use Advisory Committee

Consideration and possible action: Amendments to the Retirement Incentive Plan and Separate Incentive Plan.
