Wild Horse Children’s Theater is looking for actors, singers and dancers, ages 5 to 14, for its March production of Disney’s “The Aristocats, Kids.”

Auditions, by appointment only, are from 4 to 7 p.m. Jan. 7 and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall, 511 W. King St. Performances are weekends March 11-20.

The story follows Madame’s jealous butler, Edgar, who cat-naps Duchess and her Aristokittens and abandons them in the Parisian countryside. Luckily, Thomas O’Malley and his rag-tag bunch of Alley Cats come to their rescue.

Auditioners are asked to bring a song, one minute or less, with accompaniment music on CD or media device that showcases their vocal ability. Auditioners also will be taught a dance, so they are asked to wear comfortable clothes and shoes and plan to arrive promptly to fill out forms. They also are asked to bring a recent photo.

Rehearsals will be held from 4:15 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays. Not everyone will be required to be at every rehearsal.

To schedule an audition time or for more information, call 775-887-0438, or email pat@wildhorsetheater.com. For more information about the cast and show, go to www.wildhorsetheater.com.
