Storey County Senior Center’s 5th Annual Lasagna Cook-off & Feed is Friday

Lasagna, salad, garlic bread and dessert will be offered at Storey County Senior Center’s 5th Annual Lasagna Cook-off & Feed at 6 p.m. Friday.

To enter a dish, bring a hot and ready lasagna to the center by 5:45 p.m. on the day of the event. Lasagnas need to be in pans at least 9 by 13 inches, with small lasagnas qualifying in pans 4 by 5 inches. Lasagnas will be judged in two categories — traditional and non-traditional. Store-bought lasagnas will not be judged. The cost to attend is $7 per person. Wine will be available by the glass.
