Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of passing checks

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 7:12 a.m., a 53-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of passing checks without sufficient funds after deputies responded to a civil situation near the 800 block of Sundance Court, Bail was set at $500.

At 8:28 a.m., a 35-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of ex-felon failed to register and two counts of violation of a temporary protection order near the 600 block of Hot Springs Road. Bail was set at $2,150.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
