Nevada State Demographer Jeff Hardcastle will talk about how Tesla and other companies will affect Carson and Douglas counties at the next Soup’s On! luncheon from 11:30 to 1 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Gold Dust West.
The cost is $16 per person before Oct. 26 and $20 after that date.
