A golf tournament to raise money to bring veterans from World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars to Washington, D.C., to see memorials built in their honor is planned on Sunday, Nov. 1.
The 3rd Annual Kilroy Klassic tournament opens at noon with a shotgun start at Dayton Valley Golf Club. The format is four-person scramble with adjusted handicap. The cost is $125 per player and $100 for veterans and current military personnel.
The event offers a continental breakfast, trophies, long drive and hole-in-one contests, raffle prizes, a silent auction, gifts and a barbecue lunch.
