Carson City Recreation’s Basic Obedience program, instructed by Guy Yeaman, begins Tuesday, Nov. 10, and runs through Dec. 15. Classes are from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Fuji Park, across from Costco.
Yeaman has more than 45 years of experience teaching dogs basic obedience commands. His class also addresses individual behavior problems.
Each dog needs a training collar and a leash 4- to 6-feet in length. Dogs must be current on all shots through rabies; written record must be shown at the first class. The six-week program costs $80.
