The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
FRIDAY
At 10:19 a.m., Mark Lyman, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, resisting arrest and discharging a firearm in a residence after deputies responded to reports of a domestic battery near the 1300 block of Enterprise Way. Bail was set at $23,750.
At 2:41 p.m., a 57-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of use or possession with intent to induce a high and violation of bail conditions after deputies responded to the Market Street Walmart for a woman possibly inhaling from a paint can. Bail was set at $4,000.
At 2:52 p.m., a 52-year-old Burbank, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of stalking after deputies responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon near College Parkway. Bail was set at $2,500.
At 10:02 p.m.,a transient man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and obstructing after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted subject at the Carson Nugget. Bail was set at $450.
At 10:47 p.m., a 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-second offense, hit and run, and two counts of violation of bail conditions after deputies responded to reports of an unknown injury accident near the 700 block of Fleishman Way. Bail was set at $9,000.
SATURDAY
At 1:46 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense and failure to maintain a lane after deputies initiated a traffic stop near William Street and Saliman Road. Bail was set at $1,040.
At 3:29 p.m., Steve Queen, 36, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction, two counts of failure to stop or yield, possession of marijuana and violation of pretrial supervision after deputies attempted to stop two men on bicycles near the 800 block of 5th Street. Bail was set at $7,500.
At 3:38 a.m., a 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 900 block of Telegraph Street. Bail was set at $3,000.
At 9:07 a.m., Autumn Perrins, 25, and Charles Beaver, 25, both of Carson City were arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance conspiracy and unlawful production of marijuana conspiracy after deputies responded to reports of an unknown substance being burned at a residence near the 2000 block of Utah Street. At the same incident, Donald Braus, 51, and Brenda Braus, 51, both of Carson City were arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful production of marijuana and felony maintaining a drug house. Bail for Perrins and Beaver was set at $7,500 each and bail for the Braus’s was set at $27,000.
SUNDAY
At 12:04 a.m., an 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first offense, cell phone use, no valid driver’s license and minor possessing/consuming alcohol after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Carson and Long streets. Bail was set at $1,300.
At 12:36 a.m., a 34-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 2100 block of Roop Street. Bail was set at $3,000.
At 1:51 a.m., Sergio Teutli, 27, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI causing substantial bodily harm after deputies responded to reports of a fight at the Casino Fandango. Bail was set at $20,000.
At 2:12 a.m., a 21-year-old Incline Village, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of battery after deputies responded to reports of a domestic disturbance near the 3400 block of Airport Road. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 10:55 a.m., a 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of theft warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 3200 block of Highway 50. Bail was set at $500.
At 12:40 p.m., a 30-year-old Lake Tahoe, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, turn signal required, suspended registration and failure to appear warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 3900 block of Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,480.
MONDAY
At 1:38 p.m., Samuel Hernandez, 64, of Lake Tahoe Calif., was arrested on suspicion of felony fugitive from justice after deputies responded to an attempt to locate on a vehicle with a man matching Hernandez’s description. Bail was set at $500,000.
At 3:46 p.m., Gary Sturdevant, 54, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI-third offense after deputies responded to reports of a traffic accident at the College Parkway Del Taco. Bail was set at $20,000.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
