Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman allegedly involved in residential burglary arrested

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 7:53 p.m., Chelsea Cribbins, 25, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony burglary, felony fraudulent use of a credit card, conspiracy to use a credit card, conspiracy to obtain money under false pretenses, obtaining money under false pretenses and possession of stolen property after deputies discovered Cribbins was involved in selling jewelry and buying items with stolen materials taken during a residential burglary on Aug. 23. A second person, Carlos Conteras, was arrested Monday for the same crime. Bail for Cribbins was set at $52,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
