Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on petit larceny

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 12:20 a.m., a 51-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-drugs after deputies observed a suspicious vehicle near Centennial Park and Highway 50. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 7:55 a.m., a 41-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 600 block of Hot Springs Road. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 8:45 p.m., Michael Collins, 53, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony conspiracy to commit robbery warrant, felony robbery with a deadly weapon warrant, felony kidnapping warrant, felony burglary with the possession of a gun warrant after deputies observed a man acting strangely near the Roop Street Quik Stop. Bail was set at $100,000.

At 9:07 p.m., a 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a woman placing items in her purse at the William Street SaveMart. Bail was set at $250.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
