Two arrested on suspicion of obtaining money by false means says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

Carson City

THURSDAY

At 9 p.m., Logan Wetzel, 27, of Gardnerville, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony providing false identification, violation of a suspended sentence, possession of drug paraphernalia and stop sign violations after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Condor and Mockingbird. At the same incident, Michael Madore, 25, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony using a false identification to avoid prosecution. Bail for Wetzel was set at $12,050 and bail for Madore was set at $5,000.

FRIDAY

At 10:30 a.m., a 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence warrant after deputies conducted a warrant service near the S. Carson Street Motel 6. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 1:11 p.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended warrant after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 200 block of Pasture Drive. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 1:40 p.m., a 30-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of criminal contempt after deputies initiated a traffic stop near John and Plaza. Bail was set at $970.

At 4:39 p.m., a 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of three counts of contempt of court after deputies responded to reports to keep the peace near the 2500 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $965.

At 6:19 p.m., Leilani Johnson, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony use of false identification to avoid prosecution and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Curry and 8th Streets. Bail was set at $3,500.

At 9:19 p.m., Michael Delucchi, 35, of Fallon, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a prohibited person after deputies attempted to conduct a consensual stop near the 1200 block of Woodside Drive. No bail was set.

At 11:23 p.m., a 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of bail conditions after deputies initiated a consensual stop near the 1500 block of N. Carson Street. No bail was set.

SATURDAY

At 12:56 a.m., a 34-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and no front license plate after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Long and Division streets. Bail was set at $1,025.

At 4:23 a.m., April Carpenter, 39, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony providing fake identification to avoid prosecution, felony possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear, contempt of court and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies conducted a business check near the 3800 block of S. Carson Street. Bail was set at $29,650.

At 9:45 a.m., a 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of violation of bail conditions after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 2900 block of Mayflower Way. Bail was set at $6,000.

At 10:07 a.m., Marlene Cameron, 30, and Scott Seymour, 51, both of Carson City were arrested on suspicion of felony obtaining money by false means warrant after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1900 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $20,000.

At 1:30 p.m., a 50-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of destruction of property and driving on a suspended license after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Sutro Terrace and Goni Road. Bail was set at $3,500.

At 5:37 p.m., a 35-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of battery near the 900 block of Long Street. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 9:05 p.m., a 52-year-old Shingletown, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Carson and John Streets. Bail was set at $500.

SUNDAY

At 1:52 a.m., Karina Decender, 26, of Carson City, was arrested on suspicion of felony parole and probation violation after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic incident near the 1000 block of Landera Drive. At the same incident, a 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. No bail was set for Decender and bail for the man was set at $3,000.

At 5:00 a.m., a 29-year-old Silver Springs man was arrested on suspicion of improper lane change and DUI after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Long and Carson Streets. Bail was set at $1,040.

At 3:06 p.m., a 43-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of hit and run unoccupied after deputies responded to reports of an accident near the 500 block of Stewart Street. Bail was set at $500.

At 6:38 p.m., a 64-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of civil protective order after deputies responded to reports of a possible suicidal subject near the 700 block of Fleishmann Way. No bail was set.

MONDAY

At 1:02 a.m., a 34-year-old Pacific Grove, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of a protection order violation after deputies responded to the 2700 block of S. Carson Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
