Ruth Louise Dumas

Ruth Louise Dumas passed away February 17th at Carson Tahoe Hospital. She was born on June 17th, 1930 in San Francisco. Ruth was a homemaker and loved the outdoors. She had a wonderful and happy life with family and friends.

She was preceded in death by husband Charles, sister Lois Glen, parents Hazel and Marvin Bendix. Ruth leaves behind two sons, Steven (Sandy) of Roswell, NM, David Dumas of Carson City, daughter Linda Dumas of Washoe Valley, brother George Bendix of Rodeo CA, 5 grandsons Justin, Chad, Micah, Michael and Chris, and several great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 29th at 10:00 am in Fernley at the Veteran’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,

donations can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
