Fallon rodeo rides in Humboldt

At the Humboldt County Rodeo’s junior high division on Saturday, Tayler Felton placed third in the barrel racing while Grace Felton got fourth, Ali Norcutt came in ninth and Bethie Ikonen finished 10th. In the breakaway Jayden Jensen took fourth, Ikonen got fifth and Norcutt came in sixth.

In the goats Grace Felton won first, Chloe Lambert third, Ikonen came in sixth, Tayler Felton took eighth and Norcutt ended up 10th. In the poles Grace Felton won first and Norcutt took sixth, while in the boy’s goat tying Triton Desmond came in seventh. The team of Desmond and Jayce Blake (Independent) also took first in the ribbon roping while Jensen and Daunte Ceresola were second.

On Sunday Ikonen came sixth in the barrels and Macy Henke finished 10th. In the breakaway Lambert won first, Grace Felton took second, Jensen finished third and Tayler Felton ended up 10th. Lambert also took first in the goats while Ikonen came in third, Tayler Felton got fifth and Norcutt came in sixth. In the poles Grace Felton took first, Tayler Felton came in second, Lambert took fifth, Norcutt came in sixth and Henke finished ninth. Desmond got fifth in the goats. In the ribbon roping Jensen and Ceresola came in first, and Tayler and Alex Arcadia (Washoe) took third.

From the high school team on Saturday, Cord Hendrix took second in the bull riding and Sam Goings won first in the steer wrestling. In the calf roping Matt Goings took second, Mackay took third and Cord Hendrix came in fourth. In the poles Jayme Waggoner finished seventh, and in the team roping Caleb Hendrix and Cord Hendrix placed fourth while Blain Jensen and Jake Cerini took seventh. In boys cutting Cord Hendrix took second and Caleb Hendrix came in seventh. In the girls cutting Jessica Gomes took fourth.

On Sunday in the calf roping Sam Goings got first, Cord Hendrix took fourth and Caleb Hendrix finished eighth. In the breakaway Leighton Beyer was 10th and in the Barrel racing and pole bending Waggoner finished eighth. In team roping Jensen and Cerini took first, Mackay Spyrow and Jordan Taylor (Moapa) came in fourth. In boys cutting Caleb Hendrix took fifth. Gomes came third in girls cutting and eighth in the reined cow horse.
