Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Nov. 4. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive, scored 100 points.

Crossroads Lounge, 300 E. Winnie Lane, scored 100 points.

Firehouse Subs, 3120 E. Highway 50, Suite 1, scored 100 points.

Los Caporales Supermarket, mobile food vehicle, scored 100 points.

Los Caporales Supermarket, take out, 1621 E. Highway 50, Suite G, scored 100 points.

Mi Casa Too, 3809 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

Los Caporales Supermarket, grocery, 1621 E. Highway 50, Suite G, scored 98 points. Bagged tortilla chips weren’t properly labeled. Garbage storage container lids weren’t closed.

Alderto’s Fresh Mexican Food, 1250 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Garbage storage container lids were open. There wasn’t a certified food handler on duty.

Los Caporales Supermarket, meat department, 1621 E. Highway 50, Suite G, scored 96 points. All food items stored in the walk-in units weren’t labeled and dated. Several food items weren’t properly covered. One of the disinfectant buckets was missing a measurable amount of chlorine.

Wildcat Den Cafe, 2201 W. College Parkway, scored 96 points. Food wasn’t labeled as required. A food serving table wasn’t protected from contamination. Floors weren’t clean.

Bubba’s Cafe, 2460 Fairview Drive, scored 93 points. Soup was being improperly heated, corrected on site. An unapproved freezer was in operation. Liquid soap was missing from the soap dispenser at the employee hand wash sink in the food preparation area, corrected on site. Garbage storage container lids weren’t closed.

Los Caporales Supermarket, bakery, 1621 E. Highway 50, Suite G, scored 92 points. Due to a water leak, the hot water wasn’t turned on at the employee hand wash sink, corrected on site. The hand wash sink wasn’t accessible, corrected on site.
