The following cases were heard in the Tenth Judicial District Court before Judge Thomas Stockard.

Troy William Enloe pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a stolen motor vehicle, a Category C Felony, at a competency hearing before the court. Enloe faces one to five years in the Nevada State Prison and a fine up to $10,000. Sentencing is set for November.

Kenneth Paul Knaak was sentenced to 12-36 months in the Nevada State Prison for one count of failure to register as a convicted sex offender, a Category D Felony. Knaak was remanded into the custody of the sheriff and was given credit for 154 days time served.

Seth William Ferguson was sentenced to 240 days in the Churchill County Jail for the unlawful taking of a vehicle, a Gross Misdemeanor. Ferguson’s sentence is to run concurrent to a previous sentence with credit for time served since June 23.

Neil Bryan Boles was found in violation of his probation for leaving the Salvation Army Program without completing it as well as possession of a controlled substance in his residence. Boles’ probation was reinstated subject to the conditions that he serve 220 days in the Churchill County Jail and reenter/complete the Salvation Army Program upon release.

Marvin Duane Phoenix was given a one-week continuance for his probation revocation hearing. Phoenix’s hearing will resume on Tuesday.
