At 1:37 a.m., a 41-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear, head lamps required, suspended registration, driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Fairview Drive and Saliman Road. Bail was set at $2,100.
At 10:07 a.m., Adrian Hernandez, 26, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance after deputies responded to reports of a suspicious subject near Woodside and Sharon drives. Bail was set at $2,500.
At 4:08 p.m., a 25-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies responded to reports of a suspicious subject near the 1800 block of Maison Way. Bail was set at $500.
At 7:30 p.m., a 47-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery warrant after deputies initiated a consensual stop near the 2700 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $3,000.
At 11:50 p.m., a 27-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear after deputies responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle near the 1900 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $295.
SATURDAY
At 12:53 a.m., a 48-year-old Henderson man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 500 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,000.
At 2:07 a.m., Brian Bodden, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and obstruction after deputies responded to reports of a fight at the Carson Street Jimmy G’s Cigar Bar. Bail was set at $2,500.
At 9:00 a.m., a 34-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a stolen firearm and felony parole and probation violation after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 2000 block of Eastridge Lane. Bail was set at $20,000.
At 4:10 p.m., Johanna Thomas, 52, of Mound House, and JD Powers, 45, a transient, were arrested on suspicion of felony conspiracy to violate the uniform control substance act, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance for sales and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies initiated a consensual stop near the 1400 block of N. Carson Street. Bail for both was set at $21,000.
At 6:23 p.m., Michael McKnight, 33, of Dayton, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and no seat belt after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the Highway 50 Slotworld. At the same incident, Daniel Lease, 22, of Dayton was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony violation of pre-trial conditions. Bail for McKnight was set at $2,525 and bail for Lease was set at $2,500.
At 9:18 p.m., a 34-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, no proof of insurance, unregistered vehicle, failure to maintain a lane, suspended license, violation of bail conditions and open container after deputies responded to reports of an accident near the 300 block of Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $2,260.
At 11:30 p.m., a 26-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of bail conditions after deputies conducted a business check at the Carson Street Cactus Jack’s Casino. Bail was set at $3,000.
SUNDAY
At 1:24 a.m., a 21-year-old Indian Hills man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, driving with a suspended license, fictitious plates, no proof of insurance and violation of Alternative Sentencing after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 300 block of William Street. Bail was set at $3,750.
At 6:43 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of contempt of court and domestic battery after deputies responded to reports of a man attempting to enter a residence near Como Street and Saliman Road. Bail was set at $4,000.
At 2:29 p.m., a 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a man attempting to make a fraudulent return at the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $250.
At 3:58 p.m., a 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of driver’s license revoked for DUI, stop sign violation and violation of bail conditions after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Marian and Beverly. Bail was set at $4,050.
At 4:39 p.m., Melissa Ericsen, 39, of Reno was arrested on suspicion of felony selling a controlled substance, felony furnishing drugs to a prisoner, felony trafficking, felony burglary, felony conspiracy to violate the uniform controlled substance act and felony possession of a controlled substance after deputies responded to reports of a woman giving drugs to an inmate at the 5th Street Warm Springs Correctional Center. Bail was set at $92,500.
At 5: 40 p.m., Leopoldo, Vieira, 24, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony preventing a witness from reporting a crime and domestic battery near Lane Circle. Bail was set at $8,000.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
