The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

FRIDAY
At 1:45 a.m., a 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of Department of Alternative Sentencing after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Lone Mountain and Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $3,000.
At 9:01 a.m., Robert Weaver, 51 of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property and violation of a suspended sentence after deputies responded to reports of unwanted subjects near the 1900 block of Boeing Way. Bail was set at $28,000.
At 12:11 p.m., Matthew Haines, 30, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony battery with substantial bodily harm and battery after deputies responded to reports of a fight at Carson Tahoe Hospital. Bail was set at $11,000.
At 3:22 p.m., a 27-year-old Gardnerville woman was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Northridge and Carriage Crest Drive. Bail was set at $500.
At 5:00 p.m., Michael Tiehm, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to yield to a police officer after deputies attempted to initiate a high-risk traffic stop near Valley Road and Washington Street. At the same incident, Nicole Barkley, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear and Anthony Chappa, 29, and India Rogers, 30, both of Carson City were arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail for Tiehm was set at $4,000, bail for Barkley was set at $4,455 and bail for Chappa and Rogers was set at $3,500.
At 8:14 p.m., a 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 2700 block of Poole Way. Bail was set at $3,000.
At 9:18 p.m., a 36-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and failure to maintain a lane after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Carson and 8th Street. Bail was set at $1,040.
At 10:50 p.m., a 59-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI, obedience to a traffic signal and failure to maintain a lane after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Proctor and Stewart Streets. Bail was set at $1,105.
At 11:45 p.m., Amanda Conway, 24, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of two counts of felony battery by a prisoner warrant and battery after deputies responded to reports of a fight near the Carson Street Nugget Casino. Once at the jail Conway kicked a deputy in the head and spit in another’s face. Bail was set at $41,000.
SATURDAY
At 1:27 a.m., William Phelps, 38, of South Lake Tahoe, was arrested on suspicion of felony attempted commercial burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle near the 4200 block of S. Carson Street. Bail was set at $21,000.
At 6:37 p.m., Stephanie Smokey, 30, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony probation violation and open container after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Curry Street and Koontz Lane. At the same incident,a 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of open container. Bail for Smokey was set at $100 and bail for the man was set at $100.
At 9:40 p.m., a 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of civil protective custody near the 2700 block of Carson Street. No bail was set.
SUNDAY
At 3:04 a.m., a 37-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of damage to bicycle or vehicle warrant after deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute near College Parkway. Bail was set at $2,500.
At 10:52 p.m., Jennifer Moose, 48, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony malicious destruction of property warrant, DUI warrant and criminal contempt after deputies conducted a pedestrian stop near Carson and Long Street. Bail was set at $15,500.
At 12:15 p.m., Stephen Morse, 25, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony parole and probation hold and obstruction after deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute near Stewart and John. Bail was set at $300.
At 4:58 p.m., John Vigneault, 33, of Gardnerville, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of felony assault with a deadly weapon after deputies responded to reports of a man threatening people with a pocket knife near the 4000 block of Furnace Creek Drive. Vigneault fled the scene, but was apprehended shortly after near the 5600 block of S. Carson Street. Bail was set at $40,000.
At 6:48 p.m., a 31-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of destruction of property warrant after deputies responded to reports of a possible domestic dispute near the 2700 block of S. Carson Street. Bail was set at $940.
The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
