Man arrested on outstanding warrant, says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


MONDAY

At 8:35 a.m., a 34-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of a warrant after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Desatoya and Woodside drives. Bail was set at $285.

At 9:31 a.m., a 19-year-old Reno man was arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after deputies responded to reports of a runaway near the 1800 block of Long Street. Bail was set at $500.

At 6:56 p.m., a 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of contempt of court after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1900 block of H Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 7:24 p.m., a 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after deputies responded to reports of an intoxicated driver near the 700 block of Hot Springs Road. Bail was set at $1,000.

TUESDAY

At 3:10 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, resisting an officer with violence, no proof of insurance and property hit and run after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 100 block of Conestoga Drive. Bail was set at $2,100.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
