Chuck was born on May 3, 1958 in San Bernardino, California. He grew up in Bishop, California and graduated from Bishop Union High School in 1976. While living in Bishop, he acquired his love of the outdoors, hiking, backpacking, camping and fishing. He contiued his love of the outdoors when moving to Carson City, Nevada, and enjoyed his camping trips up Highway 88, Topaz Lake and Lake Tahoe. He enjoyed photographing the Eagles and the wildlife in the Carson Valley.


He worked as an electrician in the Bay area, southern California and Carson City. He was employed as a Heavy Equipment Operator with the State of Nevada and made friends with members of his crew and contiued those friendships after his retirement with the State.


He was a sports fan and when he was seven years old he became an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Red Sox. He was very proud of his grandson, Jade, who is an awesome baseball player and they shared their love of sports.


He was preceded in death by his father Chuck (2013).


He is survived by his mother Joy; daughter Nicole (Levi) Stotts; grandson Jade; and his sister Cheryl (Duane) Tubbs.


There will be a Celebration of Life at 11 am Saturday, July 1st at the Ross Gold Park (Duck Park), 280 Appion Way, located between California and Roventi Streets, South Carson City
