Man arrested on suspicion of home invasion, says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 10:50 a.m., Eric Neal, 26, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony home invasion and felony burglary after deputies responded to reports of a residential burglary in progress near the 2500 block of North Carson Street. Bail was set at $45,000.

At 5:33 p.m., David Baxley, 29, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony probation violation, felony parole warrant and failure to appear after deputies conducted a warrant service near Arrowhead Drive and Goni Road. Bail was set at $215.

At 6:33 p.m., a 45-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of battery warrant after deputies responded to reports of a woman being pushed out of a vehicle near the 3200 block of North Carson Street. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 7:25 p.m., a 38-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and no proof of insurance after deputies responded to reports of an accident near John and Stewart streets. Bail was set at $1,600.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
