Jenny Schnabel: Fabulous You Salon

This week’s poem was hard to get

Between the lack of interest on another’s part

Strep throat and a snow day to bet

But snow outside does not deter

I spent too much time in Lake Tahoe

Where it was a winter’s world

So as you know

I had to do, what I do

I met Kathleen Lampert, at last

Of “Fabulous You”

Her salon it is cozy

With room for just a few

But with Kathleen’s great personality

You will feel most welcome

And Fabulous too

Established in this location in 2009

She does all aspects of cosmetology

Cuts, color, facials and waxing

To make you feel fine

She is family oriented

With 2 boys of her own

She is a member of our Elks Lodge

With her salon located on Telegraph Street

In Carson’s downtown zone

We became instant friends

Like I’d known her for years

All we had was a cup of coffee

Not even a beer

You are sure to like her

Along with your new hairdo

And of course what could be more wonderful

Than becoming “Fabulous You”?
