Farrell Wayne Hurt died at the age of 56 on February 6th 2019 in Carson City.
He was born September 19th 1962 in St. Louis Missouri. He moved to Nevada at the age of 10.
He is survived by his mother Peggy Arlene Eddington Smith, father John Hurt Sr, siblings Johnnie E. Hurt Jr., Robert Lee Hurt, Charlotte Marie Irwin and their extended families.
There will be no services.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
