Oct 12, 1936 - Jan 21, 2019 Nita Lovett was laid to rest in the family plot with her dog Johnny on Saturday January 27, 2019 in Genoa, NV. She died from a worn out heart and a stubborn disposition. Nita was born to Vesta and Clarence "Rocky" Haslett on October 12, 1936 in Silver City, NV and joined other family members in Heaven on January 21, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, three sons and her beloved step father Robert Converse. Nita gave birth to 11 children, Blake Brewton, Dana Brewton, Patty Shinault, Susan Dietrich, Beau Brewton, Shawna Lovett, Luke Lovett, Lisa Vogel, Andrei Lovett, Daniel Lovett, and Jason Lovett. Her grandchildren included Jake, Sarah, Alex, Sophie, Gabe, Dani, Kimberly, Talon, Sam, Dan, Andrei, Ryan, Luke, Courtney, Maddy and Brooke. Her great grandchildren include Evy, Ella, and Henry. She loved the warm summer sun, the soft sands of Lake Tahoe, Virginia City hot dogs and camping trips to Lundy Lake with her family. While her children were often driven to frustration with her stubbornness and unwillingness to do anything that made sense, they loved her unconditionally and she will be greatly missed. In honor of our mother we ask that you spend time with your children, take a walk on the beach with your loved ones and make a toast to enduring love.
