Three new and one returning member of the Board of Regents were sworn in Thursday by Nevada Supreme Court Justice Mark Gibbons.
Regent Carol Del Carlo was sworn in to her second term on the 13-member board that manages the Nevada System of Higher Education.
In addition, newly elected members Amy Varvalho, Donald McMichael Sr., and Laura Perkins took the oath of office following their election in November.
