Churchill County Commission meets Tuesday at 1:15 p.m. at the County administration Building, 155 N. Taylor St.

• Consideration and possible action re: Update of current activities, plans, or actions related to the Bureau of Land Management’s Carson City District.(May be cancelled due to the federal government shutdown).

• Consideration and possible action re: Declaration of written bids and publication of county­-owned property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 007­171­54 located at 2525 Beasley Drive, Churchill County, Nevada.

• Consideration and possible action re: Churchill County comments to the Navy’s Fallon Range Training Complex (FRTC) Modernization Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS).

• Consideration and possible action re: Approval of a Loan Contract to receive a Nevada Division of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund Principal Forgiveness Loan to connect 25 parcels within the Pine Grove Subdivision from individual septic systems to the Churchill County Municipal Wastewater System in the amount of $1,075,000.

Consideration and possible action re: Approval of Redesign Service Agreement with CivicPlus for website redesign of the Churchill County website in an amount of $8,125.

• Consideration and possible action re: Update to the Job Description for the Librarian.

New Business:

• Consideration and possible action re: Approval of a Professional Services Contract with Nevada Strategies, LLC in the amount of $5,500 per month for consultation related to economic development, housing, and long term planning.

• Consideration and possible action re: Approval of Resolution 02­2019 requesting assignment of a Deputy Attorney General to prosecute a conflict case.
