Failure to appear not a magic trick, Carson City Sheriff's Office says

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
TUESDAY
• At 2:20 p.m., 25-year-old was arrested on a warrant out of Lyon County charging failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,860.
WEDNESDAY
• At 1:01 p.m., Daniel Nuñez, 30, was arrested at the old K-Mart building after a report of some one sleeping in the building. He was charged with burglary, unlawful occupancy of a closed business and possession of a glass meth pipe. He was also charged with possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $25,000.
THURSDAY
• At 1:50 p.m., a 25-year-old gas station employee was arrested in the Nugget parking lot on an outstanding warrant charging failure to appear. Bail was set at $530.
