Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the currently acting sole Trustee of the JAMES P. KILEY AND SHEILLA M. KILEY REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF MARCH 2, 2001, also known as the JAMES P. KILEY AND SHEILLA M. KILEY FAMILY TRUST OF 2001(“Trust”). That JAMES P. KILEY was one of the Grantors and a Co-Trustee of the Trust. 

James P. Kiley, died on March 29, 2021. A creditor having a claim against the Trust on behalf of JAMES P. KILEY must submit his or her claim to the undersigned Trustee within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
