NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MICHAEL RAY STUBBLEFIELD has petitioned the
Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estate of DONALD RAY STUBBLEFIELD,
Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has set the matter for a hearing on 7 day of June, 2021, at 8:30 a.m., in Department I of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estate be set aside to MICHAEL RAY STUBBLEFIELD an
JOSEPH SCOTT STUBBLEFIELD, to share and share alike.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do no need to appear unless you wish to object.
