NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following

Ordinance, Bill 2021-D, Ordinance 119, was

passed and adopted by the Churchill County

Board of Commissioners on April 21, 2021:

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE

ISSUANCE OF THE CHURCHILL COUNTY,

NEVADA, REVENUE BOND (CHURCHILL

COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS), SERIES

2021B TO FINANCE A PORTION OF

THE COST OF A NEW BUILDING FOR

CHURCHILL COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS;

PROVIDING THE FORMS, TERMS,

CONDITIONS AND SECURITY FOR

THE BOND AND THE SALE THEREOF;

PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION AS IF AN

EMERGENCY EXISTS; AND PROVIDING

OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that an adequate number of typewritten

copies of the above-numbered and entitled

Ordinance are available for public examination

and distribution at the office of the County

Clerk/Treasurer of Churchill County, at her

office, 155 N. Taylor Street, Suite 110, Fallon,

NV 89406, and that such Ordinance was

proposed and adopted at the regular meeting

of the Board of County Commissioners of

Churchill County, Nevada held on April 21,

2021.

This Ordinance shall be in full force

and effect form and after the 6th day of May,

2021, i.e., the day after the date of second

publication of such Ordinance by title.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of

County Commissioners of Churchill County,

Nevada has caused this Ordinance to be

published by title.
