NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 13, 2021, Co-Petitioners, Nasser M. Shukayr and Elizabeth L. Kristie, by and through their counsel of record, MARK A. GOODMAN, ESQ. of GOODMAN LAW CENTER, P.C., filed in this Court an Amended Petition to Set Aside Estate Not Exceeding $100,000 in Value (NRS 146.070). 

The hearing on the Petition has been set for June 14, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. All persons interested are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted. 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this hearing will be conducted by telephone 

conference. Any person wishing to be heard on this matter shall call into the hearing five
