and manner of use of

heretofore appropriated

under Claim 36, 37

and 38 under the

Alpine Decree. Water

will be diverted from

Bryant Creek and

Tributaries, there will

be no diversion. The

water will remain in

the stream channel

of Bryant Creek to

the East Fork of the

Carson River and can

be measured at the

USGS gages located

at various points

along Bryant Creek

and the East Fork

of the Carson River

(approx. 8 miles SE

of Gardnerville, NV).

Water will be used

for wildlife purposes

including in-stream

flows as decreed.

decreed.
