Even though the pandemic is winding down and things appear to be slowly returning to normal for most people, many families are still relying on the services of local resources like FISH to help them get by. Friends In Service Helping, known as FISH, provides support to families and people in need by providing food, instruction, shelter and health care. The team at Carson City Toyota has a long history of helping the community and have previously hosted several drive-thru “needs drives” during the past year. “We were really successful with these drives when we held them the past year,” said Jeff Campagni, General Manager at Carson City Toyota. “We heard that donations are down, and they are facing some shortages. People in this community are very giving, so we are proud to partner with FISH to make sure people know when there is a need.” On May 19, Carson City Toyota will host a Drive-Thru Food Drive at their building at 2590 S. Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. If you're able and willing to make a donation, simply drive thru Carson City Toyota’s front parking lot and drop your items. FISH volunteers will be on site, so you don’t even have to step foot out of your car. The drive will go on from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19 at Carson City Toyota.
