APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90605 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 28th day of April 2021 SBT10, LLC of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.605 c.f.s., 23.47 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 28380, Certificate 9350. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4, Section 5, T18N, R26E, MDB&M or at a point from which the C1/4 corner of said Section 5 bears S 65 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds W., a distance of 290.00 feet (approx. 6 miles E-NE of Silver Springs, NV). Water will be used for industrial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 18, T17N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 18 bears S 32 degrees 02 minutes 55 seconds W, a distance of 738.05 feet. Water was used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
