The Nevada Rural Counties RSVP Program will be hosting the Fourth of July Fireworks at Mills Park this year. The fireworks and carnival will run from July 1-4. The Fourth of July Fireworks Event is a fundraiser for Nevada Rural Counties RSVP Program that provides volunteer-delivered services that have been in place for 45 years. RSVP is a community-based non-profit that helps seniors maintain dignity, self-respect and independence, and avoid costly long-term institutional care. RSVP volunteers help with transportation, respite care, companionship, homemaker services, personal emergency response systems and much more. The event features a display of Fireworks on July 4 at sundown and new VIP Tent Experience, live music, great food and craft vendors, and the excitement of carnival rides and games designed for all ages.
