10 new COVID cases; vaccine clinic in Dayton on Friday

Carson City Health and Human Services reported 10 new cases and 23 additional recoveries of COVID-19 in the Quad-County Region on Thursday.
This brings the total number of cases to 12,741, with 12,262 recoveries and 226 deaths; 253 cases remain active.
