• At 1:09 a.m., a 24-year-old member of the National Guard was arrested after a traffic stop at Rand and William for speeding. A background check found two traffic warrants issued by NHP. She failed the sobriety test and the PBT showed a breath alcohol level of 0.14. She was charged with DUI 1st alcohol, a suspended driver’s license, speeding and the two warrants. Bail was set at $1,250.
• At 2:40 a.m., Letisia Gonzales, 36, was arrested after deputies responded to Jimmy G’s for a report of a fight. When asked for her ID, the woman initially gave deputies a false name. Once they had her real name, she was charged with a parole and probation violation, probation violation and giving a false ID to avoid prosecution, all felonies. She was held without bail.
• At 4:05 a.m., Austin Rivers, 30, was arrested after deputies were dispatched to the MAXX Casino for a man sleeping in his truck. The arrest report says the truck was running and the driver was hunched over the steering wheel, asleep. Once awake, a search found liquid meth in a vial in his pocket and hypodermic needles in the vehicle. He was charged with possession of meth and paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,500.
• At 12:26 p.m., a 46-year-old was arrested outside the Cricket store after a store manager called to report he was harassing a female employee. Deferred sentencing advised he should be arrested for violating bail conditions. Bail was set at $3,000.
